The most common option, suitable for any employee who wants to formalize their departure while respecting the contractual notice period.
Manager resignation letter (management role)
A model adapted for management roles, mentioning the 45 working days notice period and the availability to hand over responsibilities.
Resignation letter without notice
Use this model if the employment relationship ends due to the employer failing to meet its work obligations (Art. 81 para. 8 of the Labor Code).
Resignation with employer waiving the notice period
Use this form if the employer agrees to waive the notice period, under article 81 para. 7 of the Labor Code.
