Data Center Security

Papervee customer data is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is SOC 2 Type 2 certified. AWS maintains an impressive list of reports, certifications, and third-party assessments to ensure the complete and continuous security of its state-of-the-art data centers.

The AWS infrastructure is hosted in Amazon-controlled data centers around the world, and the data centers themselves are secured with a variety of physical controls to prevent unauthorized access.

Customer Data Isolation

Papervee ensures the separate processing and storage of data from different customers through logical separation based on a multi-tenancy architecture. Data allocation and identification are achieved by assigning a unique identifier to each customer.

Infrastructure Security

The Papervee infrastructure is hosted in a fully redundant, secure environment, with access limited only to technical support staff. This allows us to use complete data segregation, firewall protection, and other security features.

Application Security

All Papervee web application communications are encrypted with 256-bit SSL, which cannot be viewed by a third party and provides the same level of encryption used by banks and financial institutions. All Papervee data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

Papervee continuously maintains PCI compliance, adhering to strict industry standards for storing, processing, and transmitting credit card information online. Papervee actively monitors security, performance, and continuous availability 24/7/365.
