CANCELLATION/CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

I. Preamble

In accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, any customer (natural person) who has purchased products marketed on specialized websites online has the right to cancel the distance contract within 14 days.

II. Definitions

Consumer - any natural person or group of natural persons constituted in associations, as defined in art. 2 para. 2 of Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;

Professional - any natural or legal person, public or private, who acts in the course of their commercial, industrial, or artisanal business, or in their liberal profession, in connection with contracts falling under the scope of this emergency ordinance, as well as any person acting for the same purpose, on behalf or on behalf of that person;

Distance Contract - any contract concluded between a professional and a consumer as part of a system of sales or provision of services at a distance, organized without the simultaneous physical presence of the professional and the consumer, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication, up to and including the moment the contract is concluded.

III. Categories of Recipients

Our company PIXELSOL S.R.L. offers the right to cancel the contract and withdraw from the contract to both natural persons who have purchased the product and legal representatives of legal entities, in cases where the services and products offered do not meet your expectations.

You can exercise this right within 30 calendar days from the date of making full payment of the subscription or, in the case of opting for a monthly subscription, the 30-day period starts from the date of the first monthly payment.You have the option to request a refund of the payments made by sending a request to our company. PIXELSOL S.R.L., located in Sibiu, 7 Luptei Street, at the email address legal@papervee.com. The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the date of making full payment or the first monthly payment, depending on the type of subscription chosen. To meet the withdrawal or product return deadline, it is sufficient to send the request/communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

The right to cancel the contract is not conditioned on citing a specific reason, and therefore, no penalties or additional costs will be incurred.

IV. Parties' Obligations

The company PIXELSOL S.R.L. will refund all amounts received as payment from natural persons or legal entities within a maximum of 10 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, into the bank account from which the payment for services was made or into the bank account indicated by you.

After the payment refund is made, the account created on the platform https://papervee.com/ will be deleted, along with all data uploaded to it.

In the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are legally obligated not to disclose information related to the content of the PIXELSOL S.R.L. platform, not to partially or fully reproduce the website, not to copy, distribute, or exploit the website in any way contrary to the interests of PIXELSOL S.R.L.
