The Papervee subscription covers all Core HR functionalities (time tracking, leave, work schedule, contracts, etc.) along with additional modules such as Projects, Recruitment, and Social. The only module available separately, with a dedicated subscription, is the Performance module.

By logging into their individual account, employees have access only to their personal data such as time tracking, leave, work schedule, and their own documents. The Papervee Social module also allows for posting public announcements, creating colleague communities, and viewing company birthdays and work anniversaries. Employees who also have an HR manager role benefit from extended access to functionalities that allow managing HR data. You can configure access levels from a dedicated center in Papervee.

Because we want to support startups, Papervee costs 12 RON for up to 5 users. For more users, the cost is 24 RON per user per month.

Yes. Papervee’s infrastructure is hosted in Amazon data centers (Amazon being a leader in this field). These data centers are SOC2 certified, and data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. Additionally, Papervee is covered by a backup service every 5 minutes. Internal penetration tests are run frequently to ensure security compliance.
